After my first fitness post was such a hit and so many have requested for me to keep sharing my program with you, here is my third PT session that I have done.  

I am only doing PT once per week at the moment, financially its all I can afford, but I am back Irish Dancing twice per week too and will try to go to the gym at least once more to do a class.

This is a 45 minute complete body work out. It may not look or seem like a huge workout but believe me it is, and I promise you will feel the burn.

I am also down from 78.3kg - 76.0kg since starting on 9th Jan.



First Exercise:

Dead Lifts (30kgs) - x15 reps
TRX Pull Ups - x20 reps

Repeat x3 sets taking 30second breaks between each set






Second Exercise:

Leg Curls (20kgs) - x20 reps 
Walking Lunges (body weight only) - x36 reps (I do 18 up a hall and 18 back)
Deep squats with heels against stepper (as if you are on your tippy toes) , only coming half way up and straight back down again - x20 reps

Repeat x3 sets taking 30 second breaks between each set






Third Exercise:

Rowing Machine - for 30 secs as fast as possible
Ropes - smacking for 30 secs as fast as possible

Repeat x3 sets taking NO breaks between each set

I am trying so hard to eat a healthy balanced diet and have treats in moderation. I have a goal to get to 70kg by 18th March before a holiday to Bali with family that are coming all the way from Ireland to see us, so I am determined. 

I share a lot on snapchat too. I post snaps of my weight on the scales, I don't hide if I am up or if I eat cake (like last night), I show not so amazing pics of my body and progress shots too.
