This week I have cut my personal training sessions down to 30 minutes as opposed to 45 minutes like I have previously been doing, but believe me, with this workout I am about to share with you, I can guarantee it is all you need to get the heart racing, muscles contraction and that satisfaction of a great quick and effective workout in just a short 30 minutes.


 I am a little disheartened today that I am back up to 76.5kg today after getting down to...
75.6kg before the weekend. It is so frustrating, but if I am honest, I haven't been 100% good. I had a couple of drinks and ate junk food, and who am I kidding, I probably could have done some more exercise this week. I only worked out twice, as I was so sore after this 30 minute personal training (PT) session that I done with my trainer that I have for you today.

This workout can easily be tailored for a 45 minute workout, and I will indicate the sets I done for a 30 min workout, and the sets you can do for a 45 min workout.

I hope you enjoy the workout as much as the previous workout I have posted for you.

This week is going to be an awesome week. I can just feel it :)



First Exercise:

Squat with Barbell (20kgs) - x20 reps

Walking Lunges (x2 6kgs dumbells) - x36 reps (I do 18 up a hall and 18 back)

Repeat x3 sets taking 30 second breaks between each set











Second Exercise:

Bench Press with Barbell (20kgs) - x12 reps

TRX Pull Ups - x20 reps

Repeat x2 sets for a 30 minute workout
Repeat x3 sets taking for a 45 minute workout
Take 30 second breaks between each set







Third Exercise:

Kettle Bell Squat with V Pull Ups (10kgs) - x20

Clean and Press with Barbell (15kgs) - x10

Repeat x2 sets for a 30 minute workout
Repeat x3 sets taking for a 45 minute workout
Take NO breaks between each set

I also share a lot of food on snapchat too, I like to motivate and better yet, I love when you guys motivate me by posting your snaps after completing my workout or making the dishes I recommend.

I post snaps making healthy treats and my weight on the scales and I don't hide if I am up or if I eat cake. I show not so amazing pics of my body and progress shots too. I am a real person and it is hard, but I am on this journey to a fitter, leaner person and hope that I can motivate even a handful of you guys.

  1. oooh gosh!!! I need to do this!!! I have put on so much weight since moving to the country!!! Like literally 20 kilos!!! I have been to the gym often, but not as regularly as I need to! I have a membership but it expires next Saturday!!! :( I used to be soooo good at strength training when I lived in Melbourne!!! Need to get back into doing this!!! Thanks for the post…. !
